Provide the interview date, time zone, expected duration, format and contact details through an authorised channel. For international candidates, check that both parties are using the same time zone. Explain any preparation or legitimate assessments in advance. Do not require candidates to purchase a training package, gift card or equipment from an unknown source as a condition of attending.
