What's the difference between local and global jobs?

Local jobs (typically casual or part-time work) are tied to a specific branch country and are only shown to job seekers browsing from that country, unless they explicitly choose to view openings from all over the world.

Global jobs (typically long-term or permanent roles) are shown to every job seeker everywhere, regardless of their own country.
